Terms of Use — MsgPilot

1) Acceptance
By using MsgPilot (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
2) What the App Does
MsgPilot helps you send SMS and/or Email messages to your contacts and lists using features you control, such as importing contacts, using templates, and viewing reports.
3) User Responsibility for SMS and Email (IMPORTANT)
You are solely responsible for all SMS and Email messages sent using the App, including:
- The content of messages
- The recipients you select
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
- Obtaining recipient consent when required
- Any costs charged by your mobile carrier or email provider
MsgPilot does not verify recipient consent and is not responsible for misuse of the App.
4) Prohibited Use
You must not use the App to:
- Send spam, harassment, scams, or illegal content
- Violate privacy or intellectual property rights
- Send messages without consent where consent is required
- Attempt to hack, abuse, or interfere with Firebase services or servers
5) Accounts and Verification
- You must provide accurate registration information
- Email verification is required to access and use the App
6) Service Availability
We aim to keep the App available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features may be modified, updated, or discontinued.
7) Support
Support is provided through the App’s “Contact Us” feature and support tickets. Response times are not guaranteed.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
- MsgPilot is not liable for damages, losses, message failures, delays, carrier issues, blocked emails, or legal consequences caused by user activity
9) Termination
We may suspend or disable accounts if we detect abuse, violations of these Terms, or behavior that harms the service or other users.
10) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
