MsgPilot (“the App”) helps you send messages (SMS and/or Email) to your contacts and lists. We respect your privacy and aim to collect only what is necessary to provide the service.
2) Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following:
A) Account information (via Firebase Authentication)
- Email address
- Account verification status
B) Profile information (optional, provided by you)
- Name
- Phone number
- Country
- Date of birth (if entered)
- Language preference
C) Support and tickets
- Any information or text you send when contacting Support
D) App activity (minimal technical logs)
- Basic technical data used for stability, security, and error diagnosis
We do not sell your personal data.
3) Permissions
The App may request permissions depending on the features you use:
- Contacts permission: to import contacts if you choose to use this feature
- SMS permission: to send SMS directly from your device if you use SMS sending
You can deny permissions, but some features may not function properly.
4) How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- Create and manage your account
- Provide App features (login, sending flows, settings)
- Provide support and respond to your requests
- Improve app stability and protect against abuse
5) Message Content
SMS and Email messages are created and sent by you. MsgPilot does not read or store message content unless you intentionally send it to us through Support or Tickets.
6) Sharing of Information
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only when necessary to operate the App, such as:
- Firebase / Google services (authentication and database)
- When required by law
7) Data Storage and Security
We use Firebase services to store account and support records. We apply reasonable security measures, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8) Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for:
- Account operation
- Support and legal obligations
You can request deletion of your account and related data by contacting Support.
9) Children’s Privacy
MsgPilot is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

- You can update certain profile settings inside the App
- You can request account and data deletion by contacting Support
